Tom was a really nice chap. No pressure sales, just honest and was really helpful on things like colour choice - its not often you get a guy tell you the benefits of having darker colours with young children! Really really nice. On comparison on the same day with a visit to Bensons - Dreams was far far superior.

The salesman failed to take the opportunity to sell me a headboard for the bed I had just purchased. We left the store and had to go back to purchase the headboard.

The price of the headboard was not included I the set price od the bed. This made it irritating when we found out it cost an extra 250.

Staff was very polite and helpful, a lot of products on show, some very nicely made that you would like to lay down and not live, but we were not happy with the waiting time of six weeks for our bedroom furniture to be delivered, and also even if we beneficiated of the buy 3 for 2 offer, we still did find the products we bought overpriced. About quality of the items yes they looked very good, but we realy can comment only after we use them for some time. So we can't wait for them to be delivered.

I visited the store and spent time selecting a mattress to match the frame I had selected online (which wasn't available in store). I placed my order and received a receipt. I was advised that I would be telephoned the next day regarding delivery. The call hasn't happened, I can see the frame is no longer available online, which leads me to believe my order will not be fulfilled.
