Dreams - Harlow

after placing an order for bed and mattress >£2500 we were told if we wanted our old bed to be disposed of by dreams it would cost us £36, we have since donated it to charity and it was taken away for free.

Delivery : having to wait for 2 weeks

The prices of items were more expensive than expected. We also requested the item being replaced be taken away when the delivery was made. We were told this would be charged at £40.00. We only purchased a Headboard.

We had a very professional and knowledgable sales assistant (mike dean). He helped us find the right mattress for us and was available to us throughout our shopping experience. Overall I was very satisfied with our dreams purchase and would recommend to others

There is always room for improvement. Another colleague was chatting with the person serving me, so thats one reason.

The store does not have a particularly nice or friendly design. Mattresses do not have much information about what they carry inside (pictures)
