The delivery date was too long, just over 3 weeks. Desperately need the new mattress for a bad back. Was very disappointed that I had to pay £39 but you could not deliver a stock item sooner!

The length of time it takes from placing an order to when the items will be delivered is too long.

The staff were very helpful, this made up for the general appearance of the store, which included the door blowing open with the wind sending papers flying from the desk and display, generally the store is a bit shabby and not very inviting.

Nothing was exceptional.....it was run of the mill.

The delivery times / dates could be improved, as if our mattress was to be delivered mon- fri I would have had to take a day off, with what I earn would have negated any discount.

We had to wait for a sufficiently experienced member of staff to become available to assist us. On returning to the store to complete an order, we had a long wait for the same reason.

Extremely busy, insufficient card machines and computer terminals to meet demand.

It was very busy and difficult to find somebody to answer my questions. I have mostly said satisfied because I always feel there is room for improvement

I wanted a 4ft framed bed and Initially the assistance could not offer what I was looking for. I told them I had seen a selection of beds on your web site, and thought I would have to come home to order it on line. I was just leaving the store when another assistant remembered a album showing the beds I was interested in. Had I not been insistent I had seen them online you May have lost the sale.

There was a lack of soft mattresses at mid-price.
