Friendly staff, would have given 10 but over two weeks until mattress can be delivered is poor. Otherwise everything else good. Mattress not in stock to take.

I was a little disappointed that i had found a perfect bed, and once i placed the order i was told that it would be nearly a month and a half until i could take delivery of it. We then moved the delivery to a Saturday which brought the date forward by a few weeks. The staff were really friendly and helpful so that helped soften my slight disappointment. Overall i was impressed with the service and an looking forward to my new bed in a few weeks.

The Dreams store was good, however the reason I am not Highly Satisfied is that I've since realised if I ordered the product online through a cash back site I could have got 7% cashback on my item therefore making it cheaper, which is the most important thing to me as a customer and I am unable to cancel the order and re process online.

I was not pestered as soon as I walked through the shop ( the staff did say hello , and let me Cary on looking ), if I am pounced on as soon as I walk in a store it puts me off and I normally leave. After a few minutes one of the staff asked if the could help me to find what I am looking for . The showed me in right direction and then left me to it . ( which for me is the best thing to do, if they pester me then I lose interest). After I had made my decision then the sale only took a few minutes and I was done. The delivery was sooner than I expected. So so far so good.

Stacy was very helpfull abd knowledgable. The standby computer system slowed our purchase process but she handled it well

I could not order on line because head board shown with bed was no longer available so would not let me order on line had to ring to order bed you should remove items no longer available off the site yours

Website offers 100 day trial. Dreams rep said that this would be honoured but this has still not been confirmed - invoice shows only 40 trial period. This may be resolved but I do not yet have confirmation of this.
