I did all my shopping on line or over the phone. I HAD to do the order by phone because your online payment system is dysfunctional. But the sales person I eventually dealt with was excellent.

I didn't feel the value for money was great and I felt some of the mattress options were difficult to locate/identify

Maybe as we were visiting while the Xmas sale was on but we waited a little while for assistance to place our order, but when catching the eye of a sales person the transaction was swift and professional

We was supposed to be given 4 free pillows which we assumed were coming with the matress but they didnt and upon ringing the the store to find out where they were i was asked "didnt you take them with you" we was not offered them in store and now we have to wait for them to be posted to us

The man who served me was excellent and the store was kept in immaculate condition. I wish there was a better deal on as it was post- black Friday and while the price was higher than I had expected, the salesman did everything in his power to give me items to make up for the lack of discount ie mattress protector and sleep monitor . Your salesman was not pushy but was there when needed - Shuyeb had excellent knowledge and was as helpful as could be, and recognised my mother from her purchases with Dreams. He is a real asset to the organisation.

Delivery time.

I was help by Jessica very helpful went in next day to place my order Jessica day of waiting now for bed to be delivered

I was very satisfied in most respects. The only issue was the price of our preferred mattress - very expensive.

An older model was available on-line for £200 cheaper, this wasn’t pointed out to us in store
