I was told when I purchased my mattress that I was awarded free pillows. However upon receiving my invoice it’s noted that it was a £20 discount on mattress and £20 discount off a £40 pack of pillows. Anything you pay for is therefore not free. So I have paid for free pillows.

Wasn't able to process the order due to a computer failure and was promised a call back when all sorted but i ended up having to call back as the following day i still hadn't heard. The order was placed and delivery is expected on the 25 Jan but haven't received pillows or bag to put the existing mattress in for collection.

Sales assistant asked if we needed help, at first we said no, after having a look around asked for some advise

Tried to place order online but the website kept crashing resulting in my payment and order not being successful, called and spoke to someone who was able to process the order but the whole process took a while. The soonest delivery date is almost a month after ordering which seems an awful long time for a mattress.

The staff we friendly and store were lovely. My only criticism is the store was quite hidden away and we only found it through chance. Maybe a bit more signage would help. Otherwise i was satisfied.

Think we wasted a lot of time trying to find a suitable mattress as the different types were scattered all over the store ie if you had all the "firm" mattresses together, it would have been easier. Likewise with the "medium" and "soft".

Until I try the mattress at home I cannot be sure if I will be highly satisfied

I was overall satisfied, we had an idea of what we was going in for, didn’t really get much help until we asked a member of staff, staff member was polite but didn’t go through any offers or anything and I had to ask if they could take old mattress away as I saw a sign that they did, but it wasn’t offered

I want to wait to see if delivery is 4 weeks as stated on order

The product we ordered was not available to test in store
