Staff fabulous, delivery times excessive and pricing was high. Need to offer staff flexibility. I was prepared to buy a much more expensive item if a small amount of flex in price was available but it wasn’t so I didn’t.

Phoned after placing the order to ask for information about delivery and the experience was not positive with rude and unhelpful staff
