I could not take away any tangible evidence of payment and delivery times. No paperwork was offered. Everything was online and sent via email. I recently bought a bed from Bensons and left with an invoice of payment and delivery times. Some of us older people still like to be Offers paperwork. There was a printer behind the desk.
