Tom was friendly, and we felt as though he was willing to spend as much time as we needed trying out different mattresses.

SLes man was very helpf and kind not overly attentive to the point of annoying, he judged it just right. He gave us time to look and talk and helped us when needed

Whilst the salesman was very informative about the products we were looking at we did not feel that we were being pushed to select a particular item.

I’m not in a position to comment as I’ve not received my goods.

Usually expect very small freebies as an incentive when spending £1k+ ... not this time. Defo not a deal breaker tho

The only reason I didn’t tick highly satisfied was because we were hoping to take a mattress away with us that day. The sales assistant Harrison was an absolute delight, very helpful 10/10

Overall I was very satisfied with my Dreams experience, the store was very clean and covid safe. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, showing us a good range of product's and both ends of the price spectrum. I would have selected "Highly Satisfied" if my wife and I had not been given £100 pillows to try.......... I now own the two of the most expensive pillow's, I will ever buy. The Dream machine, too much chat from the machine, and its appears to limit matress choice.

Everything great apart from delivery time which was nearly 3 months from placing the order, when we really want a new bed ASAP for comfort reasons.
