The staff were all amazing. They treated us very well and especially our kids. The building definitely need removing but saying that everything was clean tidy and pleasant. But the key thing was how proffessional and friendly the staff were.

store was nicely organized . When we were entering the door the gesture of the well coming by the colleague was so nice and very friendly. His name is mr prince and he had explain each and evey items so clearly, even he had offerd variety of hot drinks time and time was tremendous atmosphere.I am thinking in future going to buy more items from here.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the people in the store. They were very friendly and helpful. The person the sold us our bed took him time when breaking down the price of the item, making sure we picked the right pillows and mattress and explaining all the time details to us.

This was my first, bit most definitely not the last visit to Dreams store. I was welcomed by frendly face of the sales person who proved to be professional, resourceful and knowledgeable. I was surved a cup of tea and afterwards I was offered help to carry my mattress to my van. It was a truly pleasant experience.
