As soon as my partner and I walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and asked if we knew what we wanted in a mattress. Rakesh and Harry both assisted us on the product we eventually bought.

The staff were very friendly. Manager Harry was friendly and assisted us with finding the right product. However all members of staff were always asking if we would like tea or coffee and made us feel welcome.

The service and advice from your salesman was excellent. We were not harassed and were given time to make p our minds as to what was the best product for our needs.

The next day I went in to change my order due to reading bad reviews on the mattress and the staff were very accommodating particularly Charles in Hayes branch
