Dreams - Hayes

I walked into Dreams eager to purchase a mattress, I was after something close to the Simba mattress. I went to Bensons & Beds and they did not have in in stock therefore walked out. In Dreams I was greeted by Rakesh who asked me what I am looking for in a mattress, then proceeded to showing me a gel mattress, followed by a spring then a hybrid which was almost a perfect choice. Upon agreeing to buy this, I asked about the Tempur and then Rakesh asked if I wanted to just try it out for myself. Talk about product speaking for itself. I have worked with sales and his salesmanship and friendliest was incredible and his customer service was refreshing to see as I train customer service and am always looking at peoples customer service outside of work. I got nothing but praise for him and his help in finding me the perfect mattress. The mattress is not delivered yet, a bit of a wait for that but overall so happy with the customer service and the purchase. I was not looking to spend as much as I did, however I am glad in doing do. Thank you Rakesh.

The assistant, Prince, was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we asked. He gave us a lot of options with the mattresses and the colours of the bed. We already knew what style of bed we wanted

The service was amazing. Prince took his time showing me all the differrent kinds of beds and making mw feel welcomed and comfortable! He explained everything well and his smile and enthusiam was clear throughout.

We arrived at the store fairly late, when I'm sure everybody had a long day but we was greeted at the door by Kishan who quickly identified our needs and talked us through the mattress system, colour coding system, explaining the different divan beds i.e. draws, ottoman and also the pricing system, he then left us to have a look around, which is greatly appreciated as there is nothing worse then someone following you around trying to up sell you, he also didn't try and steer us towards costly items which he quickly identified we were not in the market for. He understood the customer well and was friendly and approachable, my order was processed efficiently but thoroughly and finished with a lovely coffee! We were very impressed.

We were assisted by Mr Kishon who was very professional and understood immediately what we were looking for. He gave us good guidance and helped to make a decision in finding the right bed base and headboard. He dedicated time and effort. We would like to thank you for your help.
