Kishan was very helpful from the minute we walked in explained the difference between all the mattresses asked if we wanted a drink then we went on the machine to tell us which mattress best suits us after he took us round to look at the best suited mattresses then to look for a base the whole process was fast a pleasant I am very happy

Customer service was very good he had recommended and showed me different things

Harry was very attentive and spent a lot of time with my husband and I through the whole experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with helping us find the right products. He helped to keep my son entertained as i used the bed selection programme and offered him a balloon and hot chocolate to keep him occupied. Very happy with the experience

My husband and I were greeted politely by assistant Kishan and then were passed quickly to the store manager Harry who took over our sales talk and bed type as there was a delivery in the store and only the two above sales people were there, we were given an apology as to having to wait a few moments, but were seen very quickly, tea and coffee were offered which we had . Harry did both measurements for both my husband and myself as we were purchasing separate mattresses, we also were shown the tempur cloud pillows which we also purchased along with the mattress insurance. everything was efficiently an all explained in detail. overall very impressed. Will return again in future, and will tell others about the excellent products and service we received,

Simple effective and very efficient

We knew what we needed but not the specifics. The Member of staff was very knowledgeable and recommended items for us.

We are highly satisfied with the customer service received by kishan. He was absolutely fantastic and extremely patient, not at any point did we feel rushed in making a decision. He had very good knowledge of the products and listened well to our needs showing us the best products for us. I was helped by Narvinder in your Hayes store who was very kind and well spoken. He offered refreshments and took his time to show me products that I wanted. He also showed me similar products and spent time explaining the benefits, allowed me to try the mattresses with related pillows and I actually bought the mattress of his recommendation. I did not feel rushed and Narvinder gave me the opportunity to look around the store again before I made up mind on the final purchase. Customer service level was unparalleled and I will be returning this weekend to buy more products as I am aware he is available to help on the weekends. The quality of the tempur mattress and pillow was great and I am looking forward to my delivery
