Kiran the sales assistant who helped me was very friendly and listened to my reasons for bed shopping, my concerns, likes/dislikes.

Staff was really friendly, offered to use machine which show what kind of mattresses are best for us, offered cup of tea, coffee cold drink

Kishan service was excellent and very good product knowledge made it easier after trying machine

I went to they Hayes store in west London with my wife and son, the staff Kishan and Charlie were extremely helpful, they were very approachable, friendly and had a good understanding of customer service. I would like to highly recommend them for their hard work and understanding our needs. They made s feel welcome offered us hot beverage whilst we were shopping around. This is the first time we have visited a Dreams shop and appreciated all their help. They deserve recommendation for their hard work. Mr Arfan Sindhu

Such a quick visit and found exactly what I needed straight away

great service put us on sleep machine, gave coffee and then showed beds and also nice tempura pillow..much better the other shops on retail park Harry is great

Very helpful staff (Kiran and Prince). We were shown and used the SleepMatch service which was useful and then shown the relevant mattresses. We were offered and made coffee and shown additional items such as pillows, bed linen and were informed there was a sale on these items.

Kiran was absolutely outstanding. She was not pushy and she was very informative. I bought into her more than I bought into the product

As we enetered a few moments later Rakesh approached us and straight away he helped us make an informed decision about the beds we purchased. He was very polite and patient with us, we asked him so many questions and he was going backwards and forwards to check and confirm details with his manager. We didn't feel any pressure and were made to feel very welcome indeed and also the cup of tea that Rakesh made us was lovely...we needed that after this purchase as it made us relax.
