Store colleague Prince was very friendly and displayed excellent product knowledge. He didn't pressurise us to make a decision, he provided us with enough time to make a well informed decision.

Salesperson took the time to understand my needs and invited me to try several different mattresses - not just the most expensive - and explained the various advantages and problems with each. Pleased with the discount and the delivery time.

Kiran was really helpful throughout the visit. She took her time going through the products with me and helped me pick the perfect mattress and bed. All the colleagues were very welcoming and I felt comfortable enough to take my time and questions.

As we are in our 80s we were treated in a way that was very helpful in making our selection. With courtesy and good humour . The staff taking time to see we got what we wanted with no pressure to buy any particular product. We would certainly recommend this store to our friends.

I was feeling so comfortable and understable, the staff was so friendly but also has a good knowledge about all the products. All the process was going smooth and in very nice atmosphere. I will definitely back to Dreams when I will buy my next mattress!

The quality time spent by the stores assistant Mr. Kishan and the time spared by The manager Mr Harry satisfied me. The way in which I have been treated and when I asked for some more discount The way in which I got the explanation to satisfy me that I got the best deal in a professional polite manner impressed me. Staffs are the main asset for any company which I believe Dreams do have. Due care has been taken in providing the required mattress and base by Mr Kishan which gave me a comfort that I am in the right store. Good luck to store and your continued efforts. Dr Venkatesh
