The team were experienced, professional and very friendly. Nothing was too much for these guys and even helped myself and my partner to the car with our purchases. What made this also very easy was the fact that the guys were not your hassle salesmen. They were down to earth and hassle free which was refreshing from your usual buy everything now please salesmen. The store was also very well laid out, coffee on offer and clean.

As I entered the staff member Kishan looked up and smiled, but allowed me to browse for a while. He came over said hello, asked if I needed help. I explained I wanted a firm mattress. He suggested I tried the test bed to see what mattress I really needed and it did confirm a firm mattress. He explained the colour schemes, I tested the beds and he always gave me a pillow. He asked me my budget and suggested a few beds and the Conroy was perfect. He told me to take my time and was so helpful. He was not pushy or sales-focused. I bought the mattress and he explained delivery, cover and asked if I needed pillows, but he never pushed at all. Delivery was great, I was told of my time slot, they came and put covers on their shoes before they came in. I was even told their name and the license plate number of the van by e-mail! Overall a really great experience. I had my old bed and mattress for 15 years. I was so happy with the service and the bed, I have just ordered a new divan online just to have a brand new bed. Really great service, many thanks to Kishan and his colleague in Hayes store, who also offered me tea in the store in a proper cup.

Rakesh was very knowledgable and friendly. It made for a relaxed and informative sales experience. We felt he took the time to understand our needs and didn’t pressure us into a decision. Even when we had narrowed it down to two mattresses and were stuck between them his advice was on point. We were given space to discuss things and he checked in with us and was available when we needed help. He answered all our questions with a no nonsense approach. Very pleasant and genuine salesman.

Me and my family went in ( dreams ltd ) Hayes today to purchase a bed but was unsure of what I wanted so we were assisted by kishan who is very friendly with excellent customer service skills he showed us different types of beds and mattresses he's very knowledgeably in the different types of beds, mattresses both spring and memory foam he also provided us with refreshment's whilst we look around and explain the functions and features of different kind of beds and mattresses to suit my needs and budget which makes my purchase allot easier in which we didn't have to look else where his team was also very friendly but he Shine's brilliantly in every aspects and area today after the service we received today I would highly recommend this store to family and friends overall I couldn't have ask for a better service and haven't seen any cause for improvement 100% excellent will definitely buy from store again Your,Costumer.
