Prince & Harry the manager were absolutely amazing They dealt with my requirements and advised, going above their normal remit Harry and Prince had great customer service and professionalism that made me feel comfortable in purchasing a bed , and giving me advise how to bring my total price down by giving me discounts enabling me to get a mattress cover and pillow covers for free Again very impressive service with a smile and even a latte

Manager Harri was very friendly, accommodating and attentive. He asked what my particularly needs were and asked me to try different products. I have been to my fair share of bed companies and this has been one of the best experience I've had. I was also offered some hot beverage whilst waiting.

I came in about 2 weeks previously and was assissted while looking for a bed frame. The help was very good as I had a number of strict space requirements to work wgainst and was provided a number of options that would work. I did not buy at the time as I still needed to decide on a matress but was not ready to at the time. I came back over the weekend and was quickly greeted and taken through the process for buying a matress (as I was still happy with the bed I had decided upon previously), going through the sleep match and based on that info was advised on trying a number of different matresses (along with my feedback on each one i tried). This led me to a one I feel quite confident about.

We were severed by Bally, he was really friendly and helpful. He took his time to explain us all our queries and concerns. I need to buy more beds in couple of months so will surely go again to same store and ensure Bally helps us
