The assistant was not pushy as some salesmen are, he gave us lots of information, walked us through alternatives and then left us to decide. Once we had decided, he explained everything to us and we were very confident to continue with the purchase

The saleslady her was bobby.She was so helpful.I didn't want to buy so expensive bed but the way she convinced i could't say no.I am so happy she got me the best bed.I wish all the sales lady were like her. Thanks,

Customer service was absolutely great. Kishan from the hayes store was super helpful. We didnt expect the service to be this amazing, Been to different companies to look for furnitures.. Dreams is by far the best. Made us feel welcome and satisfied our needs.

The sales person Kishan was very polite knowledgeable understanding of my requirements and was very pleasant .Explained me options of payments and benefits of buying more than£500 worth offer etc. The only dissatisfaction was that the headboard could not be delivered at the same time as the bed. The sales person Kishan is a great asset to your company

The staff were attentive and polite. We dealt with a few staff members on various visits and all were very helpful but did not pressure us in any way to make a purchase. We purchased two beds and mattresses for our children a year ago and came back to purchase a bed and mattress for ourselves based on the great customer service we received the first time.
