We were served by Bobby and she is a great saleswoman, made us feel good, and showed all the advantages over the products we bought.

On arrival we were greeted with a smile and was offered assistance...we had bought beds from store before and were highly satisfied with the choice.

Bobby the lovely sales assistant who helped us to understand what we needed and guided us through the whole process was amazing. She was very knowledgeable but also understanding that buying a bed and mattress is a very hard and each customer requires different needs off personal space to test and decide what they want once they have been given all the information regarding what mattress is best suited to their needs. She was so polite and friendly we both felt at ease and didn’t feel pressured in to buying anything. Would definitely recommend not only the store but Bobby too

This Dreams shop is one that we have visited in the part and Bobby remembered us from our last visit. She was very attentive to our needs - e.g. offered us drinks, asking us questions, providing us information about the mattresses, and being patient as we looked around. I have Scoliosis, which I told Bobby, and she instantly knew which beds to recommend for my back. This was very reassure because some staff in other shops don't know a lot about the products they are trying to sell. On the other hand, Bobby really made me feel like she knows what she's talking about. She built up good rapport with us by telling us about her own back problems and how she has purchased a number of products from Dreams. We spent over an hour in the shop and Bobby was attentive, but also gave us space to discuss our options.

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It made the purchase easy using the sleep machine to choose the right mattress. Bobby who helped us choose the right mattress was very attentive throughout the purchase which made us feel at ease and she was very polite and helpful which made the experience smooth and fast. I will highly recommended this store to my friends and family.
