Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Took the time to find out what we were looking for. We were not rushed looking for our purchases and not pestered while we were looking, when we required help someone was there to help and advise us on best possible purchases. Cleanliness of store good and COVID-19 regulations adhered to.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff who took the time to understand our needs. There was no wait and they explained how the process works, the sleep mapping and product range. Nothing was too much and it felt like a luxury experience. Being offered water & coffee was a nice touch. The manager and Kishan were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us during our visit. We are really grateful and looking forward to trying our bed soon

From the moment I stepped in the store the staff were very helpful for what I was looking for and gave me a bit more insight into some off the items I had over looked till that point in time that were quite interesting suffice to say my nights are that much more comfortable

when we entered the shop we were greeted politely by Rakesh. in a polite and professional manner he assertain what we were looking for and from that point until we completed our purchase he demonstrated that he had a comprehensive knowledge of all products that were of interest to us. Rakesh was at all times extremely polite and helpful and without doubt he is credit to your company.
