Was really happy with the level of service from staff member Rakesh who severed me and my fiancé, he’s catered to our specific needs and gave us really good Knowledge on the type of mattress and bed we needed. He was very polite and informative,. He helped us make a decision and purchase so we are very happy.

The staff approach with very friendly manner and had a full knowledge of their products. He made sure that we were satisfied with the beds and mattress that we wanted and he also explains everything very clearly

I enjoyed visiting dreams, as I had plan to buying a new mattress online however I wasn't 100% sure...however after visiting the store I had a lovely assistance who helped and she's knew her information and helped me make one of the best decisions and everything else fantastic thank you dreams

We were meet by Hary, who was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions. We were shopping for a new mattress only as we both having back pains and neck pain lately. So he offered us the sleep match which identified some choices which we already been shown 2 prior to the sleep match result. After we choose our mattress Hary offered a few pillows to try and we have purchased 3 of them. He was aking about out bed frame too and kind of hint it to my husband that that is important too and showed us a selection of them, where we decided to take advantage of the black Friday deal and purchased a bed base too ending up spending a healty amount. We were offered a hot drinks a few time during our visit where my son took advantage to the hot chocolate:-) and placing the order was extremely easy and completing the finance application. Overall I am a very happy customer who received decent customer services.

Full range of Tempur mattresses was on display, salesman didn't pressure us and left us to test in peace but was available whenever we had questions. Good price
