The staff member Prince done such an excellent job with his customer service skills. Gave me a quote first time round and I said I would he back. Came back two weeks later and bought two beds and high end tempur mattresses. Credit to your store

Very friendly staff and invited us to use the sleep match machine to help us understand what we needed. Offered all 4 of us drinks and were accommodating to our indecision regarding mattresses

We have been greeted by the staff, given a chance to look around on our own pace no pressure from the staff which is (annoying if too intense). Then we have the chance to asked that is the time the staff took over and giving us some ideas what to choose for from specs to the prices lowest to highess. tea/coffee been offered.

The main factor for being "Highly Satisfied" was the assistance received from the Dreams Colleague.
