Prince was very good. Put me on dreams mattress finding and went to 10 mattresses and choose 1. Offered refreshments as well good guy good service.

We first visited benson for beds and the employees were disinterested and disengaged, they didn’t have any real product knowledge. Comparatively we walked into dreams and were welcomed straight away and were some brilliant advice and guidance.

We were served by Kishon and he was so helpful and attentive to all of our needs. He helped us find the type of frame we were looking at, but also informed us about other products we hadn't considered before. He was really helpful when it came to finding the perfect mattress for us, and really made our experience at Dreams stand out more than any other bed store we have visited while trying to find the right product.

Great customer service, drinks offered, pillow check and sleep match

The customer service was excellent and Rakesh was very helpful with any questions we asked him. Helped and guided us and gave us all info on the products we required. This helped us make our decision quicker than we thought. He was very polite and patient with us whilst we made our decision. Couldn’t ask for more.

Bobby at Dreams Hayes was extremely friendly and helpful. She made us hot chocolates and explained everything thoroughly. She let us take our time while choosing our products and had great knowledge of the products. She advised us and helped us pick the products we loved.

Kishan from the hayes branch was extremely helpful, we went into the branch the day before the sale ended just to look for a bed that we would be buying in the the next few weeks due to waiting on a moving date, Kishan spoke with his manager and we got the bed and mattress at the sale price (subject to contract on the purchase of our property) which if there were any issues with the property purchase we could be reimbursed for the bed & mattress

I found the Sales Representative to be extremely helpful from start to finish. Just a shame that the Manager could not permit him to not charge me for dismantling my existing Bedframe that I purchased from Dreams several years ago free or charge. I have had major knee surgery, live alone, and do not have the facility for Someone to dismantle it for me so had no choice but to ask Dreams to do it for me. Would have been a nice gesture of goodwill for an past Customer to do it free of charge!!
