Your staff member Prince was able to assist with choosing the most suitable bed within 40 mins of visiting your store. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. In all we were in your branch 65 mins approx from walking in to completing the order. Will definitely be visiting your Hayes store again for another bed and bedside furniture. Great experience.

I was welcomed when arriving into the store and asked if I would like any assistance by Harry the store manager. He was smiling when greeting me into the store and this made me feel at ease straight away. He was very attentive as I told him about my specific needs for a new mattress. He offered me to do the sleep match and explained how it worked. I found it very interesting how this technology can tell you the correct mattress for your specific requirements. After this we knew what kind of mattress I would need so he got me to try a number of mattresses until I found the perfect match. I found Harry very knowledgeable about the products and services that Dreams offer as well as listening to what my personal requirements were. I was delighted with the service I received from Harry and feel he is a real asset to the Dreams brand.

Rakesh, greeted us in a natural way; not over exuberant. My sister, who cannot walk very well warmed to the offer to sit down and a glass of water. Rakesh was professional and very personable and very respectful in a lovely way. Rakesh warmed to the occasional light hearted “joke”, and warmed to us.
