Amazing service was provided by Prince. We were offered drinks. Not pressured to make a purchase. He was amazing with our son who is under two he gave him a balloon and kept him entertained, while he was running around the shop. He had great knowledge about the items in store and made us feel very comfortable. We explained to him what we were looking for and he took that into account.

Great assistance from the customer service agent (Kishan), he listened to my needs and made good recommendations. Very friendly and great customer service.

As we approached the Store, Prince came to our assistance straight away. He was very welcoming and caring to our requirements. He made sure that we were looked after for the duration, by showing us several options. He was very patient & considerate & even offered us hot drinks.

Kishan approached us when we entered the store and explained about the Sleepmatch service. We did this and it allowed us to find the mattress right for us. He took his time to explain mattress types, pillows and bed frames as well as talking through optional extras such as extended bed and mattress cover. Very efficient even though the store was busy, we never felt rushed and never had to wait for a long time after trying out various mattresses. Very impressed.

The Dream's colleagues, Kiran and Kishan who served me at the Hayes branch were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They answered all my questions, gave me on advice on the best options for my needs and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the product I bought. I found their customer service to be of a high standard and I will definitely be returning to the store to get more great products from them.
