Firstly my expectations were met, I was greeted on arrival, I was initially left alone to shop and browse and then Kishan the sales rep came over. I explained my requirements, and was taken through all options, things I hadn't considered, I explained that I had to mull over my choices with my partner and he gave me a quote. He didn't try and hard sell me to purchase on day. I came back 4 days later at just before 8pm. They stayed open, served me, and didn't rush me even though it was late. I was just massively impressed with both Kishan and the store manager. When you get great service, you need to shout about it.

The sales rep was excellent and exceptional. He took his time to explain the products to me and take me round the shop to show options. He understood my need and I was more than happy What an awesome man he is

The sales agent was very attentive, patient and understanding of our needs. She took the time to explain about the product and helped us compare the mattresses we were shown. She also made sure to check for information she was not not sure of which helped us make a decision to pick the right mattress. She smiled a lot which is always a good thing and answered all our questions patiently.
