I'll start by saying I never give feedback !!! But to be fair in this case I would be unfair if I didn't ! I was very unsure about visiting a store to buy a mattress but my partner insistead ! ? On arrival to departure the social distancing was impeccable and the staff just made it feel quiet normal and almost special ? We spent a lot more than intended but felt we had been given the best advise possible and have already recomend 3 family member to visit the store as the tecnolagy in store was amazing ! So from social distancing to great advise and comfortable financial and safe ending I'd like to tthank Harry and Kishan at hayes dreams x you made our, what started as an uncomfortable day into a day where we i became whole lot more positive about everything including future shopping THANK YOU

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Rakesh, who explained the social distancing measure that were in place in the store. We were requested to sanitize our hands and provided with face masks. Once we explained to Rakesh that were were shopping for new beds and we needed to try out some mattresses, he took it upon him self to understand what our requirements were and he assisted us throughout the selection process. When trying out the comfort of the mattresses Rakesh ensured we placed our protective sheet on the beds prior and when selecting our pillows he ensured that the pillows were in a protective cases which were all binned once we finished trying them out. Rakesh also ensured once we had finished trying out a mattresses he got his colleagues to spray them afterwards, a sign of great team work. We were not rushed or pressured into a sale and everything was explained in nice professional manner. Rakesh is a true ambassador to your organisation, who strives for customer satisfaction.

Can't fault the staff, they were very helpful and considerate especially given the need for social distancing and the use of PPE. they gave us lot of time to try out & select the mattress we wanted. Mattress types were well explained and demonstrated, including pillows. Very impressed by the bed sensor we tried out beforehand, strange seeing a screen above you with a 3D image of yourself. Everything well explained, especially with regard to the delivery and collection of our old mattress, given that we are a family that is having to shield due to the vulnerability of my two children. We will be going back for another single mattress, once my daughter is allowed out from her shielding, which is a good endorsement of those working at this branch.
