We were greeted by the store manager (Harry, Hayes branch), he offered water and provided us with disposable pillow protectors and a disposable tissue roll as a bed protector. We used the sleep machine to match the mattress that we would require. Harry also listened to our requirements and used them to gauge what our preferences would be when looking at different mattresses and beds. He was very knowledgable and showed a great understanding of the different mattresses available. He showed us a variety of mattresses from various price ranges as we didn’t have a specific budget in mind Overall he was very professional and welcoming which made the whole experience amazing.
