We were assisted by Bobby one of Dreams colleague. She was professional in her role and made us feel at ease. Took time to show us all the available beds that meet our needs after doing the pressure point assessment on the sleepmatch bed. There was no pressure selling and took her time to assist us. She was really friendly and took care of us through the decision making and also served us refreshments as it was a hot day.. Good overall experience which led to us making a final decision on which beds to purchase.

He took my husbands and my preferences and needs into consideration and used the newest technology to ensure we got a bed that is suitable to us. His sales ability is top notch he is very approachable. His colleagues were also very helpful and it is clear that they have an excellent working culture in the store. Precautions were taken to ensure areas were sanitised and health and safety is evidently top priority at the store.
