From the moment of entering the store, Dreams had implemented the necessary measures and followed the correct guidelines to ensure browsing and trying different mattresses was done in a safe manner. The computerized system for evaluating and recommending the type of bed is a great feature. When entering the store we were nicely greeted by the salesperson Rakesh who explained the new measures and then spent a great deal of time in working through what options we need to consider when selecting a bed. He was knowledgeable on the products and clearly explained the difference between the various products. Personally i conduct about 90% of my purchases online now so it had been sometime since i had been to retail directly and Rakesh definitely made the whole experience of browsing, pleasurable, enjoyable and easy.
