The salesman was extremely helpful showed us everything we wanted to see from the top end tempur to the basic collection. We ended up going with a high end mattress and a bed frame costing around 2k, which is funny because we came in with a budget of 800 for everything. The individual was good at what he done, we didn’t mind spending more because we got one of the best mattress on market and high end pillows and bed frame. Nice guy

When showing us appropriate mattresses it was clear he had an extensive knowledge of the products. He was very accommodating and allowed us opportunities to go back to retry mattresses, never rushing us. He did not lead us towards a decision but allowed us plenty of time to discuss our preference. The computerized system for evaluating and recommending the type of bed is a great feature. When entering the store we were nicely greeted by the salesperson Rakesh who explained the new measures and then spent a great deal of time in working through what options we need to consider when selecting a bed. He was knowledgeable on the products and clearly explained the difference between the various products. Personally i conduct about 90% of my purchases online now so it had been sometime since i had been to retail directly and Rakesh definitely made the whole experience of browsing, pleasurable, enjoyable and easy.
