From the moment myself and my partner walked in to the store we was greeted by friendly stuff. Social distancing clearly explained, marked, staff working at the store was wearing face mask at all time and hand sanitizer are available to use as soon you enter. Our Sales representative was Rakesh who was very friendly and pleasant to talk too. We were also offered a water which is very nice gesture. He paid attention to what we are looking for and our price range. We have chosen a bed frame and needed a mattress. Rakesh recommended to try mattress tester which choose the mattress based on your body weight, side you sleep on and whether you currently experiencing any aches. For hygiene reasons he provided us with bed and pillow covering and set it all up. He explained in great detail the kind of mattresses available and will be most suitable for our body. Based on the report he was able to show us the specific mattress that will be most suitable. I would highly recommend to try it out before you buy any cheap mattress and promise you will be satisfied. Rakesh was very patient and understanding.I would highly recommend. The lady (Bobby) who attended to us was very welcoming and friendly. She was also helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products. She patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and showed various products and and gave us various options in terms of how to put different products together such as beds and mattresses and even headboards.

Initially had two store in mind to visit. Chose Dreams first as they had ‘sleep technology’, didn’t end up comparing with second store as service was personal and attentive. Assistant showed us many mattresses to try and compare. Even ask about budget, as we expressed how expensive the mattresses were. Although recommended some really good alternatives we ended up with one twice the price as felt the features explained suited more. Would recommend Hayes for customer service.
