We entered the store not really knowing exactly what we were after. Kiran was amazing assistance and helped us every step in obtaining the mattress we finally decided upon. Right from the start she was friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to answer all our questions. She was patient and went above and beyond in my opinion of my previous experience when retail shopping. Without any hesitation or reluctance she was continually helpful throughout our undecidedness and also forgetfulness of leaving pillows behind when showing us many mattresses in our price range to test. She really was exceptional in her manner and approach and is a credit to DREAMS having such wonderful knowledgable friendly employees. Oh she also provided us with two bottles of water during the visit which was a nice touch. The experience made us feel we wanted to purchase a dreams mattress that felt right and at a price we also felt was appropriate. We couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!
