Bobby was brilliant! My mum is really old and vulnerable, she made sure my mum was safe and comfortable throughout. Bobby took time to listen to my mums concerns and recommended quality products, my mum is so excited for her mattress to arrive! We also purchased two medical pillows recommended by bobby and my mum had a really good nights sleep!

The man that I saw when I attended with my parents was so lovely. The week before I'd been to another bed shop next door and felt like I was being forced into buying a bed that I didn't want. This experience was a world away from that. I have anxiety, so going shopping for an item like this is something that I tend to find really hard. He was so patient, really knowledgeable and worked within my budget. He always wanted my opinion first and his views were never pushed in my face. It was a really pleasurable experience and I came away feeling exited to sleep well.
