The Hayes Dreams was a great experience because, we visited twice and in both times we had the same excellent customer service from a dreams associate called Prince, offered us water, tea coffee and covered the beds in tissue for protection. He also explained everything in detail for a few items we looked at and liked and he remembered us when we visited again and did the whole purchase process with Prince. Thanks to his services and dreams quick delivery meant that we could sleep on beds not floor. πππ

We were served promptly, were taken to the bed test, showed us several mattresses and bed, gave us advice, we then proceeded to purchase 1 king size bed and 2 singles

Bobby was brilliant! My mum is really old and vulnerable, she made sure my mum was safe and comfortable throughout. Bobby took time to listen to my mums concerns and recommended quality products, my mum is so excited for her mattress to arrive! We also purchased two medical pillows recommended by bobby and my mum had a really good nights sleep!
