The sales assistant was very polite and accommodating. He helped me choose the perfect bed. He had great knowledge with the questions I asked. Very professional I highly recommend.

All the staff were welcoming and received very high standard of service from customer assistant helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Also there was a good variety of products in store to be able to choose what I wanted.

The sales assistance was amazing by the manager of the store. He was really helpful explaining the different types of mattress and what would suit my sleeping position. Very good service and felt safe due to their covid-19 protocols .

Was very happy with social distancing being explained, asked to sanitise our hands, pointed out social distancing markets on floor, sitting when ordering. All staff had face masks on. Person serving us was really knowledgable and friendly. When ordering explained pricing, free delivery, how much to put together and insurance. Now awaiting delivery. Sadly we now are going into lockdown so not sure if this will affect our delivery date. Hope to get email before stored closes.
