Amazing customer service - really personalised the experience for me, taking into consideration my personal life, age, design preferences and even helped me with some interior design by suitably matching the bed with the paint of my walls!

Staff member was very polite and helped when I needed advice. No pushy salespeople.

I went to the store in Hayes and was served by Rikesh. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide my product search. I decided to buy a Tempur after trying many mattresses and asking many questions to Rikesh. I was really pleased with my purchase. The delivery is only going to take 3 days which I was over the moon with! I will be buying another mattress in a few months time and plan to go back to Dreams. I highly recommend them to all.

When I entered the store, I would immediately greeted by a member of the sales team. He explained the store social distancing procedures. Then asked what we wanted to purchase and went through the various products displayed in the store. Our details were taken and we tested our sleep position on the special bed in the store. We tried various mattresses until we found one that was suited to our requirements. The assistant is store explained the differences on the products. They check the delivery schedule which suited and I was extremely happy that I did not have to wait weeks. Overall extremely pleased.

Very professional and friendly staff. Kishan our sales person at Hayes, was extremely tentative. He made our experience very enjoyable, we even had hot drinks made for us. Kishan's knowledge of both the mattress and bed frame was exceptional.

From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted immediately but Harry the store manager who took time to explain the COVID/social distancing guidelines. Was asked to sanitise my hands and to observe the 2m distancing rule.was offered water. Was taken to the area where you are tested for the correct mattress firmness and was provided with paper protection to lie on the bed and then asked to watch the short video. Was then asked about my budget and whether I had a particular model of bed in mind, which unfortunately was not available. Was shown comparable alternatives within my budget. The whole process was swift and handled very professional. the extended guarantee was explained which I declined and was offered memory pillows which I did not need as already have them. The order was processed quickly and was given the next available day to deliver, make and dispose of my old bed. Harry was a very calm and interested in my needs.

Lady who served me was friendly, polite, extremely helpful, highly knowledgable and persuaded me to purchase the best mattress.
