The store manger was very professional and welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. The whole experience was well organised and the sales attendant we were allocated was excellent. Not pushy, very informative and listened to our needs.

The salesperson Rakesh was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He delivered a personalised experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful during our visit to dreams. They did their utmost to help us when finding a sofa bed.

Very pleasant staff

When I entered the store i was approached by Harry who welcomed me to the store and explained the covid rules for the store and offered me a drink. He then gave me some paper in case I was to lay on any product. I informed him that all I wanted was a new divan base. He explained my options, I agreed on the colour, but declined other options. He asked if I wanted other items, like matress or pillows etc.I said no to these. He undestood my needs but I did not feel presurized into buying something I didn't realy want. He was pleasant to talk to and did not rush me at all.

The assistant Bobby was totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful at all times

Bobby was fantastic, her product knowledge was great and she was very helpful. She maintained her distance and ensured everything was sanitised before use.

We would like to thank Salesman Mr Rakesh at your Hayes branch for helping us with our purchase, he was very polite, not trying to oversell yet giving us all the information we were looking for. His attitude and approach was spot on and it made our decision making process easier, we would have liked him to show us a few more bed frame options but believe there were not many options available, we do hope Mr Rakesh gets rewarded for being very good at his job and making our experience a pleasant one.
