It was a hot Bank Holiday and despite all doors being open, as there was no air conditioning system, it was still uncomfortably warm in store. We felt sorry for the staff team because all they had was a small desktop fan near the computers to cool them down. Free hot drinks were a nice touch but on that or other hot days a cool drink would have been preferred.
