Whilst the Sales rep did confirm the 40 day exchange what he did not tell us until after we had paid the deposit and I asked what would happen if we changed our mind for a cheaper mattress which was medium, was if we did exchange for a cheaper item we would not get any difference in cash or store credit! Dreams fully advertise the 40 day exchange and seem proud of this but what is totally disgusting they don’t tell you they keep your money - shocking!!!!

I paid for the assembly of my ottoman divan. I had already gone over budget with buying this item but I liked the interior wood lining of the base. It's what drew me making the decision to buy this product as opposed to one within my budget However the guys who assembled the divan base got it wrong and now I'm left with holes in the wood detracting the beauty from it. I didn't even realise what happened until after they left when I decided to put the storage space to use. I feel disappointed and let down.

We knew what we wanted, the sales assistant was very quick to sit us down and start competing the order. The questioned the price she was showing me. As it was not what I had seen, she said it was due to us choosing a SK bed. She completed the order then I asked again about the bed she had put through and it turned out she had put the wrong one through the system as didn't take any time to comfirm what we wanted. Couldn't then ammend order and needed to call head office. Was a Saturday so didn't happen till Monday. Was told by her that delivery date would be the same. Confirmation from head office was that delivery date was another 2 weeks on top of date given. Poor service overall, sales advisor interested in a a quick sale and commission! Even when she put the refund through on the system she put the fault code as the customer, when clearly it was a store issue.

Poor customer experience...No flexibility in pricing or discount or delivery dates....Self centered store manager moaning about his constraints than trying to help address customer concerns

Bought the Ready Matt Reactive Mattress on Jan 8 2017. Took it back to the store on the Jan 9 2017 because it smell and was not comfortable. The Manager was not helpful told me to ring customer service so they can exchange. I gave him a list if they have any of the mattress in stock. He just was not interested and was not helpful saying if you do not want my assistance you can get someone else. What kind of Manager is that. Bad experience with dreams.
