Bobby was helpful, friendly, patient and thorough while helping us choose a bed. As first time bed buyers, we were very overwhelmed, but Bobby was great at helping us decide on the perfect bed. Social distancing, cleanliness and availability of PPE made us feel protected whilst in store.

We were assisted by a lovely lady called Bobby at the Hayes store . She was very friendly , attentive to our needs , listened to us , gave us space to make the right decision for our bed. Bobby was also very passionate and wanted us to receive the best customer service as well as the best advice on the different types of beds available that meet her personal needs. I also had a newborn with me , 3 weeks old , I was still recovering from my childbirth , Bobby ensured I was comfortable and made it easy for me .

We had no problem, staffs are extremely attentive and friendly, kishan were efficient all the time explained and showed high level of knowledge of the mattresses. I am highly sariafied ans would recommend to anyone.

The salesman Rakesh, was highly experienced and gave great advice. Gave a variety of options and understood our needs. He is very knowledgeable and has great expertise. Also no pressure to sell to us. Made us feel at great ease and gave a great buying experience. The store manager Harry was also very nice and approachable.

Kishan our assistance, was friendly, listened and offered us a variety of mattresses for us to test and find the one.

We visited multiple stores/websites for a perfect bed that will have storage, affordable price and, at the same time, great looks and finally found two great options at Dreams. Purchasing a Bed and Mattress is a long-term investment, and we didn't want to jump on any option and compromise with our needs. And we were finally able to find two great options at Dreams. All thanks to Bobby, who helped us find the exact bed we were searching for. She explained its features and services that Dreams provide to their customers. She is an experienced and indeed a great advisor for all your queries related to its products. The store experience awe-inspiring. Dreams also helped us find the right mattress suitable for our body posture and help us have a sound sleep in the future. The trial process was very hygienic, and we didn't find it uncomfortable while lying down on the mattress. We are pleased to say that we are delighted with the decision of purchasing a bed, mattress and pillow from Dreams. Highly recommended, and we would be visiting again in future to buy all bedding related products at Dreams. Thank you once again!

It was great being able to take a leisurely walk around the store without being followed by an over-eager sales person. However, if we had a question a sales person was immediately available.

I Found the items that I needed. Also staff he was happy explained everything clearly and the different lower price bed and higher price bed and also he found the items in our budget with out taking too long. He was a nice person who ever helped in the store.
