It was going to cost us 39 pounds to take the old ones away so am I going to try and do it myself

I should have been informed of the no refund policy BEFORE the order had been paid for and not 2 minutes after; other shops have a similar policy but I have always been told this before the bank card has been authorized and payment taken and I would expect Dreams to do the same. Other than that I was pleased with service overall.

Not happy about your excessive delivery charges,having spent over a £1000 would have expected free delivery. The £39 charge to take the old bed away again is excessive, these are the two issues which would keep me from visitin you store in the future

Dreams charged us £39.00 to deliver the item we placed the order for. Delivery charges must be waived on all beds and mattresses. We live less than one mile away from the store.

I thought a £40 delivery charge was way to much too pay.

The price of my item was shown as one price but it was not the right price so I couldn't have that item at the lower price. I had to take an alternative which I was told was identical but for the same price that I had wanted to pay for the original item. I'm hoping the item is the same.

Unable to filly comment on Would I return or Quality of the product as the bed has not been delivered. If I base my experience from the Last time I ordered bed from Dream (2010) I would not recommend anyone buying from Dreams and would questions the quality of the products. Harry from Hayes Store has assured me thinks have changed and I should have no issues.

Having made our choice of bedroom furniture we discovered that the chest of drawers we wanted had been blocked in the system. Moving to a second choice same scenario resulting in our having to make a 3rd choice resulting in a price increase of approx £300-400 pounds

We were told the bed would be available for delivery within 3 weeks, but after we'd placed the order were then told it would be 6 weeks! Apart from that, the salesperson was very helpful
