Very busy in store, poor assistants had to rush to try and serve everyone

It was a good expirence but at the beginning it took long to find assistance and by the the end while placing order and arranging instalments it tools a bit longer than usual

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCAHSE I RECEIVED, THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNEW THERE PRODUCTS I WAS SERVED BY KISHAN WHICH EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO ME, I TOOK OUT 0% INTEREST WHICH WAS EXPLAINED TO ME, WHICH I UNDERSTOOD VERY CLEARLY. THE PURCHASE AMOUNT AND THE MONTHLY PAYMENT.

I went to buy a pillow and would have preferred more choice, but was still happy enough. Also, spent £29.99 on one pillow - which is a fair price, and I used it last night and didn't find it at all comfortable!

The sales consultant was warm, friendly and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and attentive. We were satisfied with our service but there were some delays with payment being processed - through no fault of the sales consultant.

As it was so early 9:00 on a Friday morning not many staff around but when I did find someone they were very good. I then went back later that day and placed the order. As I haven't received the goods yet and haven't checked to see if delivered in good order I cannot comment any further! Thank you.
