Satisfied with the overall experience at the store.

The bed frame I wanted to look at was no longer available to view in store.

Confused over the firmness of the mattresses until explained by the assistant

I didn't select highly satisfied because I believe with anything there is always room for improvement! We were looking for an ottoman bed however did find these were limited for our price range.

I have come to the store to buy goods and paid my money and it is not relevent to do survey before the customer receives the goods so to me this survey is not relevent because i have not received the goods or dont know what experience i am to expect on delivery. I am expecting a good experience and wont be able give proper feed back till the delivery. dont say the delivery is to be done by different company if it is still DREAMS responsibility because i have paid the money to you thank you.

Was satisfied with the product and value of product. Was highly satisfied with the welcome and service provided by the sales assistant. I will definitely shop at Dreams again.

Generally quite satisfied the sales assistant knew his stuff.

have to wait 4 weeks for my bed wanted it much sooner

The Assistants were not very friendly and the fact that you cannot return or cancel an order makes it feel like a daunting shopping experience. We were also not told that the items we were buying are not in fact on sale hence no need to rush the purchase. Felt very rushed into making a purchase while in store.

Only one staff in the whole store. Therefore had to help others whilst serving us. I had to check his order as twice ordering wrong bed.
