Would have liked a greater range of base colours - didn't have charcoal in chosen product. Felt mattresses were over-priced. Good to have local opportunity to 'try before buying' though. Assistant very helpful and clearly knew his products, offered advice / assistance without being pushy.

Harry and Kushan were great but there were more customers then staff so we had to wait until they could help us. Once served they were great and when we purchased offered us water and coffee and stayed until 8:30pm to process our order

Decided to take the offer of interest free credit. However the assistant incorrectly entered my salary ( stated £12000 as oppose to £120,000) resulted with me being declined which has now effected my credit score. Not happy as this will effect my buying power due to dreams error.

This is nothing to do with the staff as they were busy with other customer's. However as i only saw 2 members of staff i felt it was abit understaffed. I do want to point out that they did acknowledge me and did nothing wrong.

I was satisfied because of less staff and someone was waiting for us to move so they can start with his customers

The beds were nice and we were satisfied enough to buy. However, we were dissatisfied with the fact that we still had to pay over £100 for guarantees for product we spent nearly £1500 for. When you spend that much, guarantees should be free. Furthermore, although the sale assistant was helpful enough, they were clearly trained to up-sell as much as possible.

this survey should be sent after the item is delivered not before, how can I tell you if im satisfied if I don't have the item yet?

The item could not be delivered till over a month after I bought it.
