Ì felt that the time taken for the item to be delivered was too long.

Shop floor was confusing, it says upto 50% sales but items which were full price were also marked in Red creating confusions.

Nothing specific, the salesperson was highly proficient and attentive.

Also Prince was very friendly ,The pricing for the bed was unclear and I knew exactly what I was paying only when the bill was presented. Prince was very helpful in all our queries like sizing the bed ,matching mattress and sorting out for every item to give confidence in Dreams.

The price of the items bought seem to be getting higher and higher with additional items needed doo the whole bed, which in my eyes want very clear at the time.

The sales assistant or perhaps the manager did not explain charges for delivery for certain days as we thought the delivery was free any day.We only came to realise after we had chat on the phone to pay outstanding balance by next day.The delivery was free for following Friday but we thought of changing it to Saturday for which we were told to pay £10 which the sales assistant didn't explain at the time of ordering the mattress at the shop.I was not quite happy with this.We decided to leave the delivery on Friday

i was hoping the item would be in a sale, or offered some kind of reduction being a returning customer as my last purchase was over two & a half thousand pounds
