A very warm and friendly greeting we were greeted and helped with the choosing of our mattress with expert guidance but also time to select the right choice for us .we used the body mapping machine which aided us with our choice, we were also offered a drink. A very pleasant experience.

Kishan was very helpful and explained everything in proper detail and in simple ways. Even Harry was very helpful

Prince was caring, warm, friendly, professional and took time to make sure we purchased the beds we needed. He offered us water and hot drinks throughout the whole time we were at the store.

Rajesh made a very daunting experience fir me a really enjoyable one and I felt totally at comfortable and bought exactly what I wanted

The staff were very friendly and welcoming to myself & family. Our Advisor Kishan had great knowledge on beds , mattresses & headboards. He showed us various beds that would have the best comfort for us and that lead us to placing an order with Dreams .

The serves was very good difficult shop for my mum as she not very good on her feet and certainly couldn’t lie on many of the beds

Harry the Hayes store manger provided an excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient , listen to what I was looking for. I was looking for a lower bed frame. He offered some great options. I visited the store several times and amended my order, Harry every time was patient, understand, and was willing to help. Also Harry did not pressure me to buy , but gave me advice on the best options and deals.
