Staff were great and offer me water and looked after me but I spend a little more than my budget advises to the staff, I ordered pillows to go with the bed but they did not have firm available and offered me my soft one but advised it better to get them both together as staff said it would cause confusion so did not leave with pillows I ordered. I got a call in 2 weeks to say the are ready to collect now and also have to what over a month for delivery of goods and I needed the bed because my current mattress is causing me discomfort so would have like it earlier.

better layout would help also gets a bit confused as to which matt ress is better forvthe customer as it seems eve erything is kind of rushedto make a decision
