I was very satisfied with the visit and the sales staff that assisted me was pleasant,professional , helpful and very knowledgeable . He offered me coffee, ensured I did the mattress test, understood my request and offered me different solutions .

I came three times store .three different sale assistant assis me ..at the I pick item and the guy order my item is nice and helpful..

The cost of the divan that I purchased was twice the cost of Dreams own brand and feel the gap was too large - no midway option available which is regrettable. Also, the level of discount was not as generous as previous purchases the family has made over the years (note - we've always purchased beds from Dreams) - I suspect the response will be the mattress was already discounted hence why it was not possible to reduce any further.

The overall experience was fine. The customer service agent was great and helped when I needed it. However I was given a sheet to lay on the the beds with so not to lay on the actual bed. Which was fine. But some were not given this and were trying out lots of beds. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable during this Pandemic

I never give a Highly Satisfied comment as there is always room for improvement.
