The shop Assistance at Hayes Bobby was very help she listened to my needs was not pushy at all and gave me time to think about the the purchase. I was able to buy but delay my delivery in line with my home restorations.

The sales assistant Harmy was incredibly helpful but not at all pushy. She gave me the space and time I needed to make a decision.

Bobby who assisted me had a great knowledge and sold me what was right for me - I really liked that she didn't just try to sell me the most expensive item. She was friendly, charming and funny and made it a pleasure - I now wouldn't go anywhere else for bed.

The customer advisor Harmy was very polite and helpful. The store is located in Hayes, which has around 3 other bed shops in the same vicinity. I visited, bensons for beds, lewis ? (next to the Next store) and even Argos. To be honest Dreams was the only store who had a member of staff greet me, and stay with me until I was satisfied with what I had wanted. So thank you for that. I will recommend to family and friends for sure.

Friendly,helpful and patient service. I did not feel pressured into buying a specific product instead was informed of differences and encouraged to take my time.

Our sales rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of a tempur mattress. It is a very expensive product, but one that had been recommended to my by my hospital for a medical condition. She was very informative about different firmness options, and pillows available. In short, an exceptionally helpful assistant.

We entered the store and had a look around. We were approached by Bobby the sale assistant. We did not fell that she was hovering over us or trying to sell us something, we felt that she was genuinely trying to help. She found the right mattress for me, had excellent product knowledge, and met all our requirements. We went in looking for an ottoman bed that was high and an extremely comfortable bed, which was a distinct colour, all which had to be of good quality. We were initially looking at Sealy beds because my Son has a Seally mattress, and I wanted something similar. We cam across Therapur range which I liked better. She let us have a look around to ensure that we had made the right choice. BEST SALES ASSISTANT IN STORE, deserves all the credit, next time I am in store I know who to ask for help. The purchase was a lot but I knew this going in so I am glad I was able to get finance. The finance option is the best that I had come across. I don't usual like spending much on myself but this was an exception because I believe the quality is excellent and it was everything that I wanted.

The team member called vishal was very kind chatty and very chirpy he treated me and my daughter very well he found the perfect.bed and mattress for my very picky daughter and she was.delighted with the bed chosen and the feel of the luxury mattress.
